Thanks for responding. I appreciate the effort in clarifying your position.

 

I do disagree somewhat with what we are telling the wrestlers on this board. Here is my point, and I think it is undisputable. If there are now two champions in the state where in previous history there was only one, then the championship title has been diluted. There really can not be any other conclusion. The point with trying to get the tourney together is to reconcile that particular issue.

 

I am not for or against the tournament that pits the place winners in a pool to see who comes out on top. I like the bragging rights the two champions, from different divisions brings. It provides a lot of fodder for the message boards and make it a more interesting sport for discussions.

 

Again Coach, thanks for coming back and helping me understand what your position is. I value your opinion, that is why I asked.
