Who was the best player to ever come out of Tennessee since we went to 5 on 5?

Knowing that Tiffany Woosley's dad, aka salty, is going to push her like a drug, I would cast my vote for Jennifer Azzi.

Jennifer won multiple State Championships, 2 National Championships, Multiple All-American honors and a National Player of the year trophy.

When the Hall of Fame opened she was voted as one of the 10 best to ever play.

She has played on 3 olympics (so far) and still plays pro ball. She (no disrespect Salty aka Mr. Woosley) was agreat high school player and was the Mia Hamm of basketball.

I know there are a lot of great ones out there but I never saw one better.

PS I am no relation to Jennifer, have no ties to Oak Ridge High School, and dislike Stanford.

The best "high school" player would be Woosley in my opinion. She and her teams dominated high school ball in the state and nationally. She averaged 30+ points a game, finished runner up as a freshman and then never lost another high school game ( also winning a national championship).

I do believe Azi and McCray would win the discussion if you are talking about their careers after high school. Azi would take top honors in this discussion. She is one of the greatest women players ever to play.
