smokeyvol1
Tyler Smith had 20, Channing Coffey 18, Zach Holt 12, Cash Givins and Deron Garrett had 11 pts each. Shay Shannon wound up with 5. Every player on the team scored! They played a great game on both ends of the court with several blocks by Tyler Justin and Channing. Glyndon
Has anyone finally figured out that Channing Coffey is the missing piece to the puzzle? When he plays significant minutes he is a true scoring threat. Without him in the game Smith and Shannon are the only players that are capable of scoring big numbers. He not only scores but rebounds and blocks shots. It is evident the last two games Giles County is playing on another level. Could Coffey have something to do with that? It is also good to see Deron Garrett have a good game.
Ump
Do you think it has anything to do with the teams they are playing?
Glyndon
No, Coffey also played a big part in the Brentwood Academy game.
krogers
Glyndon, after watching Zach play the last few games, he definately deserves to be in the starting lineup. Coffey brings a great boost of energy from the bench. The entire GC team played, well....like a TEAM tonight. Garrett was on fire from downtown. He has the smoothest stroke and he just looks so graceful on the court. Great game all the way around tonight. BA ain't ready
michaelg
I have to be honest... I like watching Channing play more than I like watching Tyler play. The kid is all over the floor. You can really see him take charge when the younger guys are on the game. You can't win a game with just one person, and it seems that G.C. played like a team tonight. Good game guys!! Glyndon
Krogers, How many minutes did Channing play tonight? I just feel the more minutes he gets the better he does and so does the team.
GCHSMob7
Channing was great in this game, along with the whole team. THREE BALLS WERE FLYIN EVERYWHERE!!! Dont forget about Zach, he lit it up with treys tonight. Almost everyone of his points was a three. Tyler, Channing, and Justin blocked shots all night long, and we not only eclisped the 100 point mark, we scored 113!!! Deron Garrett hit a rediculous amount of threes in the 4th to help pass the 100 mark. What a way to go into the Brentwood game. The gym is gonna be so loud next Tuesday!!! THE MOB IS GONNA BE CRAZY!!! WE READY!!!
