Good question... The answer is yes... There should be a good fanbase to turn out and watch the Showcase (many have expressed interest to do so)...

 

Spots are filling up very quickly, and we are thinking about expanding the event to allow more kids in, depending on how many kids show up to Register that morning...

 

We will have a hard time turning kids down, so we would likely expand the event...

Gomab, this sounds like a potentially excellent event, but if this is really for the kids to play college ball, why can't you tell us what colleges will be there? You stated on page one of this board that you hoped 4 kids from Humboldt would attend. Are there really 4 kids from Humboldt that can play college ball? Maybe so, I guess I am just wanting more details than directions, money and hype.

Humboldt, Milan, and Trenton has a strong underclassmen group that can play college ball at some level. The Roberts kid from Gibson County has a chance too.

 

 

Like Gomab stated earlier in his post, fans are more than welcomed. That way everyone can see all the big names that have been thrown around on the board all year.

 

This is a can't miss event for kids that want to play college ball.

Toylon Smith and Quincy Smith will be there. The others will know closer to time.

I can't get an answer on what colleges will be there so I guess this event is just an excellent chance for high school kids to come and play with other eager and talented players. It still sounds like a good program, but what do college scouts have to do with it? I didn't get an answer.

There will be recruiting services and a few colleges on hand. The college coaches will get a recruiting profile from the showcase. We can not give out a list on the colleges until closer to the showcase. Thanks, and keep the posts coming!!

 

Also the showcase play a huge factor in the spring rankings of each class.

Only Juco and NAIA schools can attend. It's a dead period. D1 coaches cannot attend an event such as this until April.

I believe that Josh Jones of Station Camp will be attending...Kind of an underdog on his team i guess you could say but he has talent and heck be sure to show it all to you.

Is any players from Northeast Tennessee going to be invited or participating? It seems such a long way for them to come.
