ya i would definitely say that adding ricketts and atchley would definitely help. if soddy wins friday in football, it might be a week or so before those two get into some action. soddy has some talent, but can they mesh under the new coach is my only question...

i heard atchley wasn't playing. he's only concentrating on football. ricketts will definitely help though - he's just an all around good athlete

ya. id agree. he is just simply an athlete. atchley might not play basketball for baseball season. another thought.

Eric's probably not going to play, and we also have our other point guard ryan goodwin out you can't forget him hopefully he'll be back in a couple of weeks.

Goodwin might be good, but he isnt as good as the point gaurd that played the other night at the JAmboree. I hear he is just a sophomore. So will this move Goodwin to start at another position or will he be the back up now?

ok... from the grape vine, i heard that goodwin had surgery, so a doctor is going to keep him off the floor for probably 6-10 weeks. by the way, whats the name of the pt guard who did start at the jamboree.

He didn't have surgery...he dropped a weight on his foot a couple months ago and didn't think anything about it and he played for about a month on it and it never got better and he cracked the ball behind ur big toe that u walk on. he gets his cast off monday and gets in a boot and then he will hopefully be able to practice in 2-3 weeks. ryan may not be the starter but he's a very good point guard and will only help with soddy's depth this year. Russel McNeil is the other point guard and yes he's a sophmore.

moved here last year from ohio i believe... played at the beginning of the year but quit as many seemed to do under coach laura

but the kid has a ton of talent.. be sure you keep and eye on him when we play yall next monday nakona
