12U Boys

I was wondering if anyone knew who the best 12u boys AAU team's would be coming in to the AAU season? I know Memphis and Knoxville teams are good but who else?

You mean nobody knows who the top 12u teams are or should I say top 11u teams from last year?

I hear that the Clarksville Magic has this kid by the last name of Pervis that is special? I think that they will play in Shelbyville this weekend. Other than that I really dont know.

Don't think there are any 12U teams in Northeast TN. Too bad, the talent is there. The 6th grade school travel team (11 & 12 yr olds) from Colonial Heights (outside Kingsport) just went to Boone NC to the Boone Roundball Classic. They won the 12U bracket over AAU/YBOA teams from several states and every game by double digits. The Kingsport 13U team also won. Last I saw, they were winning the championship by 40+.

 

For future reference coaches, IMHO the tourney in Boone NC was a much better ran tournament than the Wendy's tourney in Beckley WV in which we always have done well also. The officiating I witnessed was good. The Boone tournament had 98 teams (one dropped out) and should be huge next year.
