I thought this was a coffee county supported tournament....seems they were the hosts last year....what happened?? Isn't the worth factory close to coffee county schools???

Tournament was hosted by Coffee County last year. I have since moved to Riverdale and we are hosting the event this season. Weather looks good and we are anticipating a great weekend of softball at its finest.

Can you give me directions to McKnight Park coming from Hendersonville. I am supporting the Commandos this weekend. I was told to go HWY 109 to 840 and then from there I am lost.

Exit off I-24 at Hwy 96 exit, Go toward Murfreesboro, Hwy 96 becomes Memorial Blvd. Stay on this road approx. 5 miles. Park will be on the right. Address 2310 Memorial Blvd. Thursday you are at Oakland High School. From McKnight, turn right on Dejarnette Blvd. Stay on this road about 3 miles. Oakland will be on your right.

I believe that Worth only sponsors the tournament. The tournament could be played anywhere. I also believe that the Tournament Director has decided to have it in Murfreesboro this year, due to a few moves. I also believe that it will stay in Murfreesborothere for a while. Bottom line I believe.

Don't mean a thing, yet.....

 

We were beat by David Lipscomb's JV in that tournament, but beat Hendersonville and Oakland. We didn't exactly have our best line-up against them. Like us, Baylor is carrying a full squad. Pool play is a great place to find and hone a team's dynamic.

 

I've said it before... I'll say it again.....as was once told to me a by a wise old young fastpitch coach.... TN High School fastpitch......it's a marathon, not a sprint.
