heritage hasnt beaten maryville in about its last 10 outings, they should win one by now, youd think they would have figured out the secret. maryville didnt have a great game and neither did heritage. and im not gonna say maryville deserved to win because they didnt, any team with that many errors would be lucky to pull out a W. heritage got the win, see you in the district tourney, and good luck.

I really hope that Maryville wins, so that we can keep our top 4 teams from our district in tact.

I tell you all what though, Farragut may have lost a lot of talent from last year, but could possibly be the team to beat this year.

What does keep the top 4 teams in our district mean? Is no other team is worthy of being up their on top.....Heritage and South Doyle might have something to say about the top 4 next few years.

Have seen Farragut play...They are the best in that district, they have speed, speed, speed and a great defense an a very good pitcher in MM....

But Central, Powell,Karns,Halls will give "your" top 4 all they want...

Way to go Heritage by beating maryville....

Last year you couldnt get on Coact without reading how good Maryville is(was) where is everone this year?

I just have to chime in here.

Kinda Fun!! for who?? TNT, I think there are four teams that can win in District 3, but there are 6 in District 4!! Farragut has won 12 (count em, 12) one run games this year. Their one loss in the district was a one run game to South Doyle in 9 innings? How many extra inning games has the District seen this year.

I think it all goes back to errors. My prediction is the teams with the fewest errors will be the teams that advance to regionals and beyond.

To the Farragut girls on here, you better be ready to play in the District Tournament, otherwise you'll be making excuses and looking forward to summer ball.

    • Well personally I see us going 9-1 so that isn't doom and gloom to me , Most people are thinking 6-4. Bearden will be the possible loss but hoping not. I was very impressed with what I saw this spring.
    • the kid you are speaking about, played in JV games,  2H half Science Hill game, split time in Hardin Valley and Bearden and that was it.   The upcoming Senior RB was All Region as a Junior and is regarded by the media as one of the top running backs in East TN for 2024 season. Scouting services have him as a top 10 back in the state.  Something aint adding up with gloom and doom. Maybe he was hurt and not at spring practice when you watched?
    • It won't be long now, he gone.
    • Are you kidding me?  You are just trolling now.  The new head coach's qualifications would be volunteer coach at the Oak Ridge Boys Club?  C'mon man, you can't be serious.  You're trolling us.  Anybody working at Clinton High School has to be like a cat in a room full of rocking chairs at this point.  They are coming after anybody and everybody that had knowledge of what was going on.  This is about to get real ugly.  Only in Clinton.
    • So no way they can compete with the likes of McCallie or Baylor still then
