I do not think that FRA will just breeze through their section, but they do have a very solid distance team. Their sprinting and jumps on the other hand are not very impressive

mba is the defending state champs and have 2 members returning from last years team, they should have 3 members of the 4x800 under 2:00 and the last member coming in around 2:05

year MBA has a strong 4x800 team. they 800 runners fly and if that are the splits from FRA is gonna be pretty tough for them

David Lipscomb has run a 7:57 in the 4x800. It was pretty impressive to see. Its been a long time since someone has run that fast in A/AA

Where did that time come from? I saw them run against MBA at the city meet last Friday and they ran around 8:13. Some of the people I heard talking were excited because they had just pr'ed for the season. Their best runner was a 2:00. I think crazydave stopped his watch at 3100 meters.

 

Maybe the 7:57 was a 8 x 400 time.
