Some good times...and some serious wind (the girls 100H looks to have had a tornado at their back). Check them out...and you guys can figure out who flat out lied for yourselves. Sparx
The 3200 race was very fun to watch. Both runners were neck and neck at the end and was an excellent finish to the race.

kpatt2
L'Marcus Coker didn't run anywhere close to the times that he entered at. He was .6 seconds off of his 100 entry and almost a whole second off of his 200 entry.

BigTank
Blast him if you to, but Coker will definitely bring it when the heavy competition comes calling. I wasn't a believer until after the Region & State meet last year, but he hands down is the top 100 & 200 sprinter in Region III.

I wasn't a believer until after the Region & State meet last year, but he hands down is the top 100 & 200 sprinter in Region III. I was the same way. Last year I said "who is Coker?", and then he upset the whole field to win the Kenwood Classic last year. Coker is still the favorite to win the AAA 100m as far as I am concerned. It's not Coker's fault that his coach turned in seed times that would rank him #1 in the nation, he's still beating his competition.

lhswrasslin
not to down any antioch runners. but i don't see why a coach would put someone in a race when their times aren't nearly close to what they say and let their runners get imbarressed. i know i'd hate if my coach put be down for a 1:57 or something in the 800 and i come in around 2:02. i don't see why you'd do it to the runners of your own and also to the runners that deserve to be in that race
Guest kenwoodrun
You are exactly right, every part of it. You aren't down to 1:57 yet? What's wrong? j/k
