i certainly respect your opinion on tennis to take it seriously, harris. however, oakland has had to overcome obstacles and doubters all year long to get where they are, and once again they are predicted to bow out, but i think sherer and neal will just be too much

Don't forget that Oakland still has to get by Shelbyville. They aren't strong at the top like Oakland but have depth. They're in for a tough match. Shelbyville has been undefeated all season too by the way.

sherer and neal have chances of winning....although sherer did lose earlier this year to Ooltewah's #1 in straight sets their depth with be there demise...... yates and tate cannot hold their own at a high level of high school tennis..... mr sherer will have to have quite the match to take out Andrew Womack

fair enough... my boys from oakland proved me wrong....Joseph came up big at #1 w/straight sets win over Womack and Brady and Joseph won in 3 sets at 1 dubs which sealed the win Ingle and Neal also won singles

thats the difference i feel with oakland and ooltewah. oakland may be the lesser talented of the two, but experience this late into the postseason is invaluable. in all honesty, i was a bit suprised oakland pulled this one off myself, hopefully they can make it past the 1st round and maybe sherer/neal can take the next stepe and make it to the finals, maybe a longshot, but u just never know
