Rescheduled 8AAA games

Tullahoma hosts Franklin Co Tuesday nite at 6pm and travels to Franklin Co on Wed. at 5pm. Lincoln Co will host Shelbyville on Tuesday and they will play a DH starting at 2pm. Coffee Co was rained out tonite with Cumberland Co and will play a 4pm DH with the Jets on Wed. at Coffee Co. Moore Co was rained out today with Eagleville and will play them Tuesday at 4pm in Lynchburg. Warren Co will host White Co on Wed at 6:30pm. Marion Co is hosting East Ridge tonite and if they win, they will play Grundy Co Tuesday nite in Jasper in a one game play-off to decide the district championship at 7pm.

Are the changes going to effect the start of the district tournament? It seems it could help Coffee co. since they do not have a district game this week? What are the dates for the district tournament?

District 8AAA has a coaches meeting Wed morning in Lewisburg and more info will be available after the meeting. It looks like Tullahoma has to sweep Franklin Co to win the district. A split would give Coffee Co the title, since I think they own all the tie-breakers.

Binns, what are the tiebreakers? I know CC and Tullahoma split but Tullahoma scored more total runs and had fewer runs allowed in their series. Any help would be appreciated.

If there is a tie for the district are they considered co-champions and seeded by the tie breakers or is there only 1 district champion period.

In our district there can only be one..b/c the champion of reg. season moves on to regionals as the 2 seed and the champion of the tournament moves on as 1 seed
