Hey Ro,

 

How about we just have a quick practic and have a quick one Friday. That way you have one long one if you put it together. We can have batting practic today and infield Friday. That sounds like a great plan to me. Knowing that I can't hit the ball except in the air. I think that I have a hole in my swing said the movie Mr.Baseball and that is what dad thinks also. I have a filling that I will be swinging the bat over the weekend.

I agree with goinggoinggone,we should have a short batting practice today and a short infield tomorrow that way we don't have to cancel any practices.speedy8 and goinggoinggone are ready for the tournaments we hope that we go to the state and win like our brothers did their junior year.

We DID stay and take batting practice until a little after five. Stayed at the park talking to another coach until after 5:30 before I went back to school to put up the equipment, so I decided not to make the trip up to "the hill."

That means that my good coacht friends need to please post the score once the game ends! (About now would be nice! ;) )

      Dyersburg is going to be good, really good. As mentioned, they have a lot of talent on the way and the trio of Chelby, Joya, and KayKay will only be better with a full season together under their belt. To me, playing in Murfreesboro two consecutive postseasons will only serve to make them more dangerous if/when they stand among the final eight teams this March. Experience, good or bad, always makes you better. And not only do they have experience, they know how to win there. Schedules are coming together for all of the teams and I am excited about what I am seeing on the preliminary drafts on Dyersburg’s schedule. I know I am being a tease, but it’s simply not my place to announce what another school is doing. With that said, I won’t go into specifics. However, I am excited about renewed home and away contracts for the non-district portion of the calendar. I think west Tennessee will have a lot of interest as well.
