Heck, I've never been to big of a fan of Webb's coaching plan. But thats the way he coaches, and it seems to be working so I won't complain. I've seen Rockwood increase in wins every year since 1999. Now if Rockwood was going 1-9, 2-8 every year I could see more people bashing him and calling for his job.

Dang, looks like someone needs to come to Wartburg if they want to bash some coaches. Thats where we really need some help, we couldnt get rid of one even if he never won a game.

 

And I know Rockwood if the coach wasnt doing his job then they'd get rid of him. Thats where ours came from and from what I remember he didnt last long.

Again you did not read what was read and I never have said he subs too much. He subs too little. Again I would think you would be worrying about your own program that is going down the tubes!

who cares just play football and quit makin excuses. if your blamin the coaches at wartburg you wouldn't know what you are talking about. i know the coaches arn't doin their best right now but it takes time, and most importantly it takes leadership from the players, and that is what wartburg is lacking, and that is what they lacked last year. the coaches try their best to make wartburg better, but sooner or later someone on the team is gonna have to step up and be a leader.
