tigerfootball06
Does anyone know how long its been since the Tigers have beaten Marion at Marion, or how long it has been since they beat Marion twice in a row. I think the Tigers have an excellent shot, recovering from a big loss to Boyd-Buchanan. 825352309[/snapback] It's been since about 1966 since whitwell has beat jasper at their house and we're about to break the streak tomorrow...whitwell by 1 TD

Myles runs like a man possessed tonight. Pellam will take care of the Jasper runners and Drew and the boys up front controls the line of scrimmage. #61, #68, #64 will not be a problem tonight for our boys. Get them in the fourth quarter and they give up like they did last week at Polk. Coach Green has the team believing this is the year to win in Jasper. SCHS#23
IF MARION SHOWS UP TO PLAY AND PLAYS HARD LIKE THEY DID AGAINST SEQUATCHIE, THE THEY SHOULD WIN 28-7. I WOULDN'T GO INTO THE GAME THINKING IT'S GOING TO BE A EASY WIN. YOU MIGHT END UP HEARING "EYE OF THE TIGER" B4 THE GAMES OVER!

For you that don't know, Whitwell's Coach Green said after last years game, "you guys are heroes". This was in reference to the tigers winning for the first time since 1987.
