Burr, they didn't beat Boyd-Buchanan. Sequatchie beat them tonight 49-26, ran for 500+ as a team, 3 players over 100 and another with 80, added another 150 or so in kickoff and punt returns. Something around 350 yards in the first half alone. A couple of minutes into the second quarter it was already 28-0.

The quarterback for SP #2 is a tough cookie, the only thing that took him out of the game looked like a cramp with a couple of minutes left in the game. He took at least 6 or 7 really brutal shots. Robinson will be a big time recruit next year at WR I am guessing (even if he did push off on that touchdown catch

What ever the Indians wanted to do on offense tonight they did it!

 

There only punt came with about 3 minutes to go in the game!

The assistant coaches did a great job tonight, Coach Pickett called the offensive plays and Seq ran up and down the field all night. They gave up a little more in the second half to SP than I would have wanted but SP used a lot of time up at the same time.

I was a little surprised on how much they moved the ball on us in the 4th quarter but I hope it was because we were getting wore down.

 

Next up Meigs County and they will be comeing off a huge upset but if this same team shows up in Decatur next week I like our chances! thumb

They threw a lot of passes in the second half so they were bound to complete a few of them. I think Seq wanted to take some time off the clock to keep SP's offense off the field but they kept scoring in two or three plays.

Actually, the biggest hit of the night was when your number 42, who is a cocky little something and bad sport hit our QB out of bounds and sent a little boy that was helping the team to the hospital. And when it happened he got up and shrugged his shoulders like he didn't care.
