There aren't 20 really good teams in Chattanooga. Maybe 4-5 and after that it gets average.

Plato, McCallie should not even been ranked that high. And saying Ooltewah doesn't play anyone, what do you think of the last four weeks hardest schedule in the east. Come on kid, ballintrain is right McCallie they don't have it all together, and they have only played two good teams, that beat them! Face it, McCallie is not that good.

Cut 'em some slack. It's tough being Ooltewah, knowing you've played a schedule that Temple should have had. It's embarrassing. So what you do is everytime you create a poll, you put the Owls on top and get defensive when objective people point out he obvious - Ooltewah plays a cream puff schedule. I can hear it now, "They're in our region". But unlike Tyner and Boyd who welcome competition, Ooltewah ducks it. Hey, blame the schedule on the principal. Blame it on the coach but admit it - Ooltewah's got a schedule that's embarrassing. One team on the schedule to date with a winning record, Red Bank, and it's a 4A team.

 

Thank God, the administration at Ooltewah are a bunch of girlymen because this argument can go on forever!

Actually you are the only one saying it's a cream puff schedule....historically, all of these teams have been good....

 

And I haven't said this until now, but Ooltewah would roll over McCallie like they weren't even there....besides your TE, QB, and Kicker, there's nobody...

Riiiiiight, that's why he's averaging 196 yards per game only playing the 1st half!

 

And another thing....most of Ooltewah and Soddy's opponents play teams out of the area...Blount would have a winning record if they played all Chattanooga teams...Heritage definately would.....McMinn might if they played some local 4A schools.....And as I said, traditionally, all the schools on Ooltewah's schedule have been decent teams...It's not Ooltewah's fault that the level of football in Chattanooga is weak.

plato.. you are a moron... trying to say that mccallie would kill ooltewah i went to their game last week and their offensive line is awful.. they cannot establish any type of running game and their QB just has to much pressure to make a decent pass... ooltewahs D would have their way against them... but they do not play so it does not matter... try and recruit a few offensive lineman for next season!!

A little defensive when it comes to your Owls. Just accept the fact that the Owls are a good team that hasn't been tested yet. When they do get a real test then they may prevail but it's doubtful. When it comes down to the playoffs they will fold and all you Owl fans will be maiking excuses about why and then get on here and have a post that says we were the best team not to have won a playoff game or the best team not to made it to state.

 

Just swallow your pride and get used to it. UT and Ooltewah . . . you gotta love their fans! thumb
