Jake truly deserves to be in the Top 3 and i dont think you can deny the kid that.

 

BUT mentioning the playoffs is somewhat a joke, you COULD win two games all year and get in from that region( which would include a victory over perpetual weak sister Warren County).

 

CC has had a nice but i think most would agree somewhat disappointing season up to this point. I think many were expecting 10-0 or 9-1, BUT they are in the playoffs and anything can happen. If this team catches fire, they could make waves.

1 thing i dislike about the mr.football balloting, voters should have to wait till at least the end of the quarterfinals to turn in their ballots

I agree with you and I see where you are coming from, but I think that it's built so that a candidate that isn't on a playoff team (even if they have incredible stats) will get the same consideration as one that does go to the postseason. In that respect, it is an individual award, not a team award. The team award goes to those that bring home the hardware at the end of the year.
