Greenbrier @ Sycamore

Greenbrier starts their season off at Sycamore this Thursday in a Hall of Fame Game. What are everyone's thoughts on this game? Who do you think will win? What players do you think will have a good game?

This will definetly be a good game and the result will all come down to if Rives comes to play... Also if Bullard and Moulton can control greenbriers big men this will be a awesome game

I think that greenbrier will come out and start strong,but if watts fills his first shot....than watch out he will have 25 or so. My man bullard will throw in 11 pts or so with 8 rbs, and thats to just name a few......but the war eagles better bring that high flyin offenseto gallatin tm night and take care of gas staion camp first

Greenbrier with a blow out I think....Station Camp who is in Greenbriers district beat them by 30...I say Greenbrier by 20+

just because sycamore plays a bad game agianst station camp doesnt mean they are gonna stink... if you recall back to last year they started the same way

This is Greenbriers best team theyve had in years supposively. I made that prediction off of seeing both of those teams play.

After watching greenbrier beat gallatin, and then watching sycamore get dominated by SC...I say greenbrier by atleast 20. Greenbrier plays the same type of defense that SC does and it looked to me that Sycamore had a tough time doing anyting offensively... They are gonna have to make a huge turnaround in the next couple of days to even make this one close

Agreed. And as for an earlier post claiming that this may be Greenbriers best team in years, that too is probably correct. They have size, they have shooters, they have shooters with size, and they play extremely hard. Good luck to Sycamore but if things go as they should, this could be a long night!

I have been a greenbrier fan for many years now and this is the best greenbrier team that greenbrier has ever had. What i mean is that this team has so much potential, but can they produce?? I dont know if greenbrier is gonna win by 20 or 10 heck they may not even win the way basketball goes sometimes. Lose or win this game means absolutely nothing. Doesnt Sycamore have a huge post player is he even playing or starting. If he is why wasnt he used against station camp.

Anyways good job station camp i heard yall played some pretty good D the other night (which is the key to winning any game)

Yea sycamore has like a 6'7'' or 6'8'' post man...He was used against Station Camp but wasnt very productive at all...Station Camp's D was really good last night and im looking forward to a great game with Greenbrier...Good Luck with Sycamore

Greenbrier and SC play different styles of defense, but they both hustle and have a solid D. On the other side, Sycamore is a team that can put points up quick, though they shot poorly againgst SC, they can shoot the three as good as any team around. It should be a good game.

The poor shooting was because they couldnt shoot the outside shot because SC was on them as soon as they touched the ball on the perimeter. They didnt get the chance to shoot the threes.
