yea probably, but Germantown has been playing great football lately, and i cant see how riverdale could stop them. But then agian their is still another game before the championship, and anything can happen in th semifinal game.

they will stop them like they have everyone else, they have outscored their oppoents 589-63 so far this year and have only allowed 1 touchdown since week 2 and that was tonight to a very tough and game cookeville team.

Germantown is the 4th best team left in 5A. The OR-Riverdale game is for the State Championship, G'Town and Franklin are just playing to see who is the runner-up.

    • You wanna talk about zoned for Bearden.  Lol.  I don't think so.  But my point was who can blame a kid for not wanting to be in a private school.  Nobody is zoned for a private school, it's a free country right?
    • Great win for the Pirates. State Tourney bound !
    • You're talking about the running back, right? I don’t believe he was zoned for west, but there were numerous players that came from TKA a few years ago and still are. I’m sure some are, but the majority aren’t.
    • Gratitude abounds for Blake Satterfield, whose five-year tenure as the head coach and exemplary ambassador for Trousdale County and its educational system has left an indelible mark. His strategic leadership during playoff seasons was nothing short of remarkable. Anticipating that his future endeavors will be equally impressive.  Perhaps the board members will refrain from undermining the incoming coach as they did in Blake's case.
    • Yeah that's true, I was talking more about football.  If you go to a TKA game, there's nobody there.  The only people there are the parents of cheer and parents of players.    The kid that left and came to West was zoned for West and decided to quit private and go public school.  He won two state championships at West, so hard to blame him there.
