nokona2
Tonight at Hixson features a district showdown between Bledsoe Co. (2-3, 0-1 6AA) and Hixson (2-3, 0-2 6AA.... I believe all of these records are correct). Both are winless in the district, and are looking to get headed on the right track. Though Hixson was beating undefeated Soddy by 7 at the half, and was trailing by one at the half against Howard, they lost both. Also suffered a overtime loss vs. Sequatchie. So they've struggled offensively, but will they prevail tonight, or will Bledsoe come in a shut them down?

nokona2
well the game has been moved to next thursday the 16th... because bledsoe was out of school today (tuesday) due to rain
Indian
Bledsoe gets out if the wind blows one leaf off a tree. The bad thing is Seq tries to keep their calendar in line with them because they share a voc. school (at least through this year).
wardawg2038
So if Bledsoe Co. does it Sequatchie Co. has to also right. Interesting because listening to the Indian fans talk I thought Seq. was the envy of all the other valley schools!
Indian
Not necessarily, but it does mess things up at the voc school when 1/2 the class is out and the other half is there. As far as envy, looking at things academically and at facilities, you'd probably be right. Progessive and efficient leadership has good results. dkmilk
There was no reason that the game should not have been played yesterday. Yesterday afternoon was some of the nicest weather in about a month. Even if school was let out they should have still made the basketball teams show up for the game. BB3
Well would the game have been played if Hixson would have been out of school?....No, Hamilton Co. doesn't let them play. So if the shoe would have been on the other foot...would the game have gone on as planned?Noooooooooooo....
