JD is gone, Atlanta dont have enough cap room to re-sign him, they could offer him arbitration though, but he would turn it down because he can make alot more if he moves on somewhere else! It is looking like if the three team trade between the yanks, d-backs, and dodgers get done, that the dodgers will have freed up enough money to sign JD!!!

dont put it past john schuerholz. it speaks volumes to the front office of the braves when ownership slashes their payroll by 20 million and they still win the division. the braves will be fine with a decent offense and one of the best pitching staffs in baseball

The man is truly a genius, I dont think too many managers could have did what he did last season with the talent he had, of course I have to give big ups to "Rockin Leo" also! You can win a pennant or two on pure talent, but with free agency and the trading and to win 13 straight crowns, that is managing!
