What happened to the Frank Hughes girl coach at Summertown last friday the 21st?  I heard he went nuts, can anyone confirm that for me? and what his penalty will be?

Got T'd up in the 3rd quarter and again after the game. He was on the ref's pretty much all night. It just continued after the game when the teams were clearing the floor. I wouldnt say he went nuts, or at least I didnt see it if he did. Last I heard, 2 game suspension and $250.

He left the floor after the girls game. I think the FH boys were already out doing layups but that wasnt unusual (for the boys team to be warming up before the girls cleared the floor). I'm pretty sure he was still mad when he came out of the locker room and I think he was "escorted" out of the building but he didnt make a big scene. From where I was sitting he was just expressing his displeasure to some of the fans on his way out. I never saw anything that would have made the whole crowd stop and look.

[On the post game T] Summertown boys got a technical against SantaFe the week before, before the game ever started. They ran out of the locker room onto the floor and ran between the SantaFe boys layup lines. The refs called it taunting. To me it just looked like they were trying to run where the other guys werent. Not sure if that was a ref call or if Santa Fe's coach pointed it out, nonetheless, the game started with a T shot rather than a jump ball.

this has been addressed the past few years in the pre-season meetings with coaches & officials. you cannot run thru the other team's warmup, or it is a technical. so, the officials didnt just pull it out of the air.

it is a good rule.
