Lawrence County - Loretto

Game Two of the tremendous county rivalry takes place at Lawrence County Friday night. You can bet our girls are gonna come out ready to play Lawrence County Lady Cats basketball and complete the sweep of Loretto this season. It will be a tough game, like most suspected the first round would go. This time around won't be as easy as in January at the Barn, but Lawrence County has what it takes to defeat the Lady Mustangs.

What happened to that girl that went down in Lewis County from Lawrence Count? She hurt her knee, but how serious was it?

Golfinman23, in the game against Lewis County, Rachel Meek suffered an ACL injury. She had surgery on her knee last week. It was a season-ending injury, but Rachel is strong and she will be playing for Bryan College in both volleyball and basketball.

i think loretto will win by 20 if they play ball the way they know how to play. but i can guareentee it wont be like the game at the barn.

The Lady Cats ARE going to work hard. Rachel Meek will be right behind them to give them the encourgament they need. It may take the whole bench to make a good show if the coach will just play them.

This will be a great game but i have to pick Loretto by 10 at least. Lawrence Co. is a great team but i dont think they can handle Loretto. Good luck to both teams!!!
