The best match is almost always, with 1 exception that I can remember, from the finals. There may have been some great matches in the consolations, but there was not going to be any match that could have topped the 125 final. Once that match was over nothing, no mattter how great a match, would have overtaken it in the voting. It left an indelible impression in the minds of the fans, the coaches and the most assuredly the ones who vote, the refs.

My picks for best match were 125, 130, and 160. 125 won. 2 good wrestlers that fought really hard. Way to go guys. They deserved it.

I agree. I watch the same weight class in D2, it was way more exciting, in my opinion.
