Yes.  But I understand that he was only looked at by the nationals and never played for them.  I could be wrong.  All I can say is that the Bearden defense had him pretty frustrated by about half time. He transfered from West to CAK this semester.

Tarr actually does play on the national team, and the refs for the game were horrible, also the player injured in the first half for cak was thier only senior on the team, he's out for season.
