I believe that'll take Monterey down to only one game--against CCHS.

No. Heard they'll try to play today or tomorrow (more likely), but the weatherman's not doing his part in the forecast. If he's right, they'll have to play next week.

Monterey 7-2 (remaining game with CCHS)

RBS 7-2 (remaining game with????)

CCHS 6-1 (remaining games with HS, Monterey, Pickett)

Basically Pickett is fourth any way you look at it. Monterey, and Rbs are still in the hunt, but if Pickett beats both Clay and Rbs and Monterey beats Clay then Monterey wins the District. Pickett can basically decide who they want to play in the second round of the district tourny.

Heady pitched for RBS...#31 pitched 6 innings for Monterey, I dont know his name and Philips finished out the 7th...Errors is what really beat RBS, but Monterey did played some good ball and that's what beat us...

Yea I also agree that we are basiclly evenly match going into the tourny but the olne thing that we have that rbs and celina dont have is that our #2 and 3 pitchers are better other than that is should be a great tourny and may the best team win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
