I think with the way WC defense is playing right now and bring able to put up the kind of points they have WC wins this one on the road. WC starting defense has only given up seven points in the last three games and the jv has given up seven, the only other score came from a MC kick return td.

Other than a couple of players, that was the JV defense out there all last night. Within a couple of weeks we will be calling this our main defense if we don't get some guys back from injury.

I will say the defense is playing hard. Coaches have to be excited with what they are seeing for down the road with these younger players.

WC getting into the meat of their schedule. It'll be the start of the second half of the season. WC needing to start it strong and make a statement Friday night.

I just want to see more excitement and energy from these cats we would score a touchdown and kids would come off the field walking with there heads down.... cant stand that rice needs to get on them pretty good about that this week we are playing good but just need more enthusiasm

I can agree with u on this one at PC. The bleachers are just bad. U can't see nothing on visitor side. However, out home games have been good. Our student section has been lights out. Love it. But ur right, we got to bring it Friday night.

Might not be as bad as u think, Cwood boys know they gotta play hard and Aville may come in over confident and looking to next week.

I hope your right. We got off to a good start against everyone weve played thusfar. This team is just not deep enough to hang with teams that can sub so many so often. Our younger players dont seem experienced enough to make the plays. CA exposed our lack of defensive play calling after defense coordinator quit.

Who was the dc that quit?

Some Hill man from north Alabama. I think he used to coach at Wilson and Haleyville.Very unfortunate for Collinwood. They have no one with defensive experience.

Does the middle school coach help? I think he would be great with defense but hard to put the time in when coaching junior high too but at least could get a defensive setup.
