I believe this will be senior night....Emotions will be high as we recognize those young men whose HS football days are soon to end....But this team needs to keep focused & disciplined...Practice and play like its their final game against a top 2A program....Put this game away QUICKLY!

If Hampton shows up focused and ready to play this one won't be close. S.G. has some weapons and can play some pretty good defense but they really don't match Hamptons size at all. Also heard S.G may be down a QB if that's so I feel bad for their #2 guy...

I think number 3 will be back but it won't matter. Hampton will absolutely kill south greene. They'll wished they'd stayed home

#3 is a good player ...but you're right it won't matter. Hampton will dominate up front and we all know that's where the games are won and lost. I think several of us in the region have the athletes to hang with Hampton but none of us can match their size and push they get up front.

I was pretty pleased with our line in the 1st two games...The battle against Oneida's front was a war and we held them to low numbers for an Oneida team...It appears to me that these BIGS have only gotten better...And I'm fairly pumped about our skill players too!

           That hurt my feelings.

    • Yes this process is moving slower than I would have expected
    • also was told coady auston applied, he served as defensive coordinator for greenfield under don pitt several years ago before going to Obion county
    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
    • Are you trying to say you didn't find Seven and ShadySlim going at it?
