Maybe you should s stick to playing the guitar. I know for a fact Watertown is a better team. We had them beat several times. We let them off the hook and then the last game we wanted to lose. Goodpasture is overrated and their coach knows nothing about softball. We are going to beat Whitwell by four runs today. If you know so much about softball in East Tennessee then you would know that Silverdale threw that game. Goodpasture is going to get beat and the third base coach gets under my skin. He wouldn't even pitch to my daughter because he knows shes the best player. Tired of all the cheating up in Nashville anyway glad to be going to Chattanooga so we don't get cheated. Couple questions/observations:

 

1: if Goodpasture is such a horrible team and has a horrible coach then what does that make your team and coach? They lost 4 times this year to them. And from the looks of it the same pitcher all 4 times!!

 

2: If you know so much about softball then why aren't you the coach?

 

3: I guess "wanting to lose the last game" was a ploy to have your season conclude early because y'all got hammered by a stout Whitwell team! Or did you let them off the hook also?

 

4: It's probably good for Goodpasture that you picked Silverdale to win because you've been wrong so many times already no one could help you !

 

4: it sounds like you are butt hurt from getting beat down by the same team and pitcher, 4 times this year! I mean come on.

This little rivalry sure has gotten a lot of attention. I don't know watertown, and I don't gotta dog in the fight, but I think the comment about Goodpasture's coaching staff was a bit off base. Haven't seen them in awhile, but last year I saw Goodpasture in a tourney in knoxville early in the season. I'm not familiar with many nashville teams and can't say how the 3rd base coach acts during travel ball, but from what I saw at the tournament he seemed like a very classy guy. I remember him cause he had a ton of energy and really seemed to love his job. Even with some iffy calls, I never heard a negative thing come from him. I can't speak for Goodpasture's abilities this year, but after reading all this negativity towards them I hope they do well.

Well it all comes down to the rest of the week and weekend. I will tell you this a lot of very good teams got upset in Region Semis. So I see these teams in each classification making it to Murfreesboro.

Creek Wood pulled two upsets in AA beat Waverly to win Regional Championship and beat White House Heritage to go to State. This team has 1 senior,a junior(who is the starting pitcher) and all the rest are Sophmores and Freshmen.Congrats to all who will be playing in Murfreesboro.

My apologize on this pic. Creekwood has been playing solid all year with a very young group. I just went with last years State runner up because of the experience in the bigger games to this point. Creekwood might very well hoist the AA State trophy this year. Great Season so far.
