Gervacio Gonzalez of Christian Brothers has signed with Navy
This happened a few weeks ago and I heard he committed but for some reason I thought he was class of 23 so I never added him to this list. Sorry Gervacio.

Still puzzling on timing of Randolph leaving. Head and shoulders above any other head coach in this 1A area & Corntown has a stable of studs this year.....that young Tail Back is what makes a wing T go!!!
I will say being good is a double edged sword. Many teams will not schedule you. But at the same time, playing a home school team does nothing to prepare you for the post season. District games are what they are, but home schools should not be on your schedule.
In an older Google Earth has everything before those two new fields were installed. You can go on a timeline and see it also. You could see where there was another baseball field but the main things left behind in this is the light poles for the bigger field.
What little I have got to know our new coach has been great.I have no doubt he will have us on top in no time.If you are good he will find a way for you to help the team.Ive been impressed and if parents can get behind him and just tell little Johnny to go to work they will be happy in the end.Its too bad so many kids today are taught its all about them because its so much better when you play for the right reasons.Im just glad my parents told me to get better instead taking my side when I would complain about not getting ball enough. We have some really good players and it can get good quick if we can fix or improve a few areas in yr 1.Go Wildcats
Amen. The 2015 and 2016 teams wouldve mercy ruled last years team. 2019 was 3 TDs better than 2020 or 2021.
Also of note-
5-0 halftime lead vs Community in 2020.
The complete collapse against a 2 win Portland team in 2020.
The 2021 loss at home to an extremely mediocre ER team.
The 2021 playoff loss to the worst Quarterfinal team I have ever seen. Riverside. The 4th down call that @Salemdissected after the game. Ran a clusterbiff free for all potluck to the short side of the field and had your good running QB heave a prayer into quintuple coverage. This staff is awful.
He's been in charge 4 seasons. Schematically the same? They may line up in the same formations and try to run a little of the Johns' wingT but the entire offense and many other things on and off the field changed. Would you like to argue the offense improved post Johns? The defense won games in 2021.
Facts. Current head coach has 4 seasons. His 4 year record is 32-16. He is 17-4 in region games with 2 region titles. First loss to Cornersville in 25 years. Only loss to Cascade in a decade. Only loss to Moore Co in a decade. The four years before he took over, the team was 33-15 with a 20-3 region record and 3 region titles.
The Rockets won a much tougher Region 4 twice in 2015 and 2016. This season we lost at home to their #4 seed. Best run in school history? This isn't the best 4 year run in the last 8 years.
