AWESOME JOB, RANGERS!!! You all have done what a lot of people thought was impossible. You have proven that just because you play for a small public school does not mean you should be overlooked. You guys went with one goal in mind and returned with that goal achieved. I am so proud of all of you. Let's win the 'ship in baseball too this year!!! Unaka RANGERS, CLASS A STATE CHAMPS!!!!!!

The best coach in East Tennessee is definitley Donald Ensor from Unaka. Coach Ensor plays the best teams he can schedule, including McCallie, Science Hill, Sullivan East, etc. His teams have dominated the Watauga Valley Confrence for several years. He's a great coach, an awesome teacher, and a wonderful friend/cousin to have.

Everyone needs to remember one important thing about Unaka and Cloudland: WE ARE ALL FROM Carter COUNTY!! I think that good competition is awesome, but we don't ned to get on here and trash each other so badly. This argument over whether or not the foul was before or after the buzzer needs to just be dropped. THE GAME IS OVER!! We should all support teams from our area when they start moving along in the tournaments. Of course, I want Unaka to go to the state and win it all, but if they don't get to go, I'd like another team from the area to have a shot at it.

I'm not going to get on here and talk about Cloudland, or how the game was won or any of that. I rode 4 and 1/2 hours from GA on Friday because I wanted to see a great game, and I got to see one. Congratulations Rangers on the District. I hope I get to ride up to Hancock to see ya'll in the Regional Championship on Thursday. Best of Luck Rangers!! Also, a big CONGRATULATIONS to the Coach of the Year, my very favorite Geography teacher EVER!!!

Thanks Rangers for an awesome game to watch! McCallie has a beautiful campus and is first class all the way. I'm proud of you guys for playing the game the way you did. It would have been easy to give up, but you all showed everyone that you're capable of beating anyone! I can't wait to see ya'll in Murfreesboro!!! As a Unaka graduate and former cheerleader, I must say that the Unaka/Hampton games were definitley the most memorable of my high school career. During m0y junior and senior year (the teams of 97 and 98), we played Hampton about 6 times. I think that if these games are taken off the schedule, a lot of people will miss the excitement that it always present when these teams meet. I know that even in 50 years, I will still look back and remember how much I loved watching the Rangers and Bulldogs fight it out. I think that it's sad that these memories may not be created for another generation of students.

Way to go Rangers on a fantastic season! After being picked to finish so low, you really showed that you have heart and dedication. You've reminded a lot of people why they should be proud to be Rangers! Good luck in tournaments!

I'm betting on Unaka. Although, they are young, they have EXCELLENT coaching when it comes to playing UH. UH does have experience, but I have faith in my Rangers. GO Big U!
