I had an inside connection when I ate there so that part was taken care of for me lol. I heard the steaks were really good.

Just going off of what I saw in the Sweetwater game they looked basically the same type of offense as last year just not as much QB run. I had heard they were installing a completely new offense but if that’s the case they didn’t run it in game 1.

The gas station/diner has a very good burger And fries and their salads look really good to.

The person I talked to in administration at YAI said their local station 104.9 may possibly live stream the game as well he didn’t have any other info though. If anyone finds a link to that post it and if I find it I’ll do the same.

They had 10 attempts against us on a very wet night. Hard to judge his accuracy on a night like that because of conditions but he seemed to run the offense well. A pass heavy team will hurt OS bad until they get more experience but they do have at least one senior back there I believe in #2. The line is their strength. Like us that night the play calling was very basic and field was really wet contributing to sloppy ball handling on both sides. Overall I can see OS competing for second and depending on how Greenback comes together that could be a really good game.

Always been that way unfortunately. This is just a different version of the same thing. Don’t see that changing anytime soon.

They looked comfortable throwing the ball. They were 1-10 against us but it was wet and you could tell the ball was slick all night for both sides. They’re definitely a run first offense or at least they were last week but of course most would be on a rainy night.

The O and D lines for OZ are both strong. Their LBs are pretty good also but their secondary is vulnerable. If WB can and will throw the ball they’ll be able to make some hay.

Gotta wish our friend and former staffer Coach Barnhart and the owls good luck in this one. He’s a great coach and person and he is missed on The Reservation.

19 starters but who’s counting I have no clue about WB but OS has a pretty good line. They’ve got a lot of size up front and LBs seem to play down hill. They’re lacking in skill positions. Not that their guys aren’t talented just don’t think their skill guys have played a ton other than a couple guys. Their secondary is very subject to the pass.

How are y’all looking this year? I believe we come down that way in about 5 weeks. Just wondering how you were looking compared to last year? I’m still not sure about us yet. We lost pretty much everybody from last year as in 19 of 22 starters I believe, so very inexperienced but we’re actually bigger overall. Still waiting to see if / when we reach our potential.

I have that exact CD. Had the cassette to. Back in the day we would go up in the mountains “snake hunting “ aka drinking cold beer, and Jerry Clowers would always seem to make an appearance at some point. At one time I had 11 different cassettes of his in my truck. Never fully restocked after the switch to CDs though. Not many stories of his I don’t know by heart lol.

I know what meigs has also. Well I kinda do. I think I saw on here y’all had several starters not play that game and had to use some very young backs if I remember correctly. Like I said, we’re all playing for second again.

York is only giving us 82 total tickets for everything. 30 for essential personnel whatever that means and 52 for player parents. We have more players than that so less than 1 ticket per player!
