Could be out for a while depending on what they do. Surgery one, is just removing the menicus, he could be back by the end of May if he does that. Surgery two, is repairing it, if they do that he could miss all or part of the season. They are still debating on what to do.

There is no doubt that Coach Frazier has directed a great at Gleason.

I do not know Coach Frazier, he has an impressive record, but you cannot compare is winning percentage to those of college and pro coaches.

Well the Braves got great news today, Mike Hampton is out for another two months, pulled a muscle in his side...during batting practice of all things. He was already coming along slower than they had hoped.

That was a great article. Not all private schools recruit and not all really good public school recruit. It was said earlier, kids are just different. The school I am at now, has graduated one senior every year for the last 5 years, including this season. In the last two seasons that I have been here we have had to restart with a freshman point guard. We get younger every year. Kids minds change a lot..they don't like losing..their mad because someone is playing over them...or they just get burned out because they have played so long. That is why you see so many who sign a scholarship go to college and change their mind, because they have done it for so long.

Do not know if it is accurate or not, but I cannnot imagine the TSSAA is running out of money. I know that they have been in court a lot, but they have a huge war chest.

Clay County is going to have a good catcher this season...Katie Kerr....she played in junior high, but didnt last season. She has a cannon for an arm, and is a great hitter.

This is rule is just crazy...also the idea of making home teams have to wear white is crazy. They did that in KY this season, majority of teams wore silver. I agree with coach in article you hardly ever have two teams show up with the same color jerseys on.

You are right...if it was the same official....the trick you get into is whe one official in a crew calls it and then another does not.

If it had been in the final seconds, I hope they would have had enough police to protect that referee.

If she was not near the play, they should have waited till...a)a basket was made, b)someone gained position on the rebound, c) the player stopped her drive....I know I am going to get screamed at for safety first...and I agree, but if she was not near the play he should have waited. I have seen girls go down in a half court set, and the referee would run and stand by her, to protect her until the play was done, just in case the play came her way.

Playing at home as been nice for them..if they win, I am sure they will run over to the Hoop and practice in a bigger environment.
