Pearl should never never want East to make a coaching change no matter what the coach or coaches do to embarrass the school or community. The guy at East just locks in pearl as the region champ every year!

I’ve heard that three assistant coaches for east were suspended for the game because of something on social media. The fact that BGA bought out their contract to be rid of east speaks volumes! I would say the assistants are nothing more than a reflection of the head coach.

What did they do?

So was there a contract? If so, how did they get out of playing? Not sure I have heard of that being a reason to drop a team.

Heard this return game was cancelled. Is this true? Anybody know why?

If you cheat and can't win doesn't it mean you cant coach

It’s the worst in terms of actually competitive teams at or near the bottom.

Fact is East is poorly coached. They have only beat Pearl once. As soon as they did they ran off and hid from Pearl. Only reason theyre playing now is because theyre in the same region. The only good team they beat this year was down to the second string qb. Watch for signing day and see how many east dudes sign papers. Didnt they have a Mr. Football a few years ago? Still couldnt win. smh

Why the time change?

It’s not the first time that PC has sent people off into hiding!

This game had nothing to do with anything other than signing the contract. You could of wrote the score in then! This was of no help to LA. They would have been better served having an inter squad scrimmage. This might be the final season for Glencliff football!
