if you were smart you'd go down to Carter and visit the JV team on Tuesday they have their final home game against Union County and I bet you could round some up that way....wait I know for a fact you could.

Changing regions doesn't equate to wins. Whether is Maryville or Union County you have to come to play, prepare, and do what it takes to win. Seymour is the favorite to win this region IMO, then Carter, Rutledge and Pigeon Forge will fight for the next three spots.

The key will be how AC's guards handle the pressurized defense of AE. No doubt AC can score once they can get it down the court, but AE will try to keep them running and gunning. Could be an entertaining game.

I don't think it would be a good idea. We have plenty of boards that are open to plus members and you can disucss many topics including middle school/jr. high school or elementary school. If $12 a year is too much then sell your computer.

Not a district game, you'd like to win em all. However a loss to a decent Powell team at this part of the season might not be so bad.

Whoever the coach is needs to get the path from Lonsdale to Powell re-established.

OCC, Fulton is very steady, they play great Defense and take care of the basketball. A formula Coach Wright has ridden to numerous state appearances. You shut one of their guys down the others step up. When we (Carter) played them we shut down Bryant and Reeves wasn't much of a factor then Bishop and Ray picked up the slack. I wouldn't be suprised to see the Falcons or Roadrunners back in Murfreesboro this spring.

Carter HS and Gibbs HS mourn the passing of former Coach and Principal Jim Pryor. Coach Pryor starter at Carter in the mid 60s and recently retired from Gibbs. He will be truly missed.
