Tyler will play D1 , and from what I hear he wants to play at UT. Tyler is a Junior by next year he will be ready to go D1 and play other than that well said Gomab2.

Great post NUMBERONE! Team work ,and every player getting along and helping the other player whether it be in practice , or cheering for them from the bench helps their team. The kids on the bench rarely get the credit they deserve.

I've never seen Shane play so I'm not gonna run the kid down, but I doubt he is as good as Tyler. 5 Footer told you Tyler spends hours in the gym working on his game, and its true I have seen the jeep (on spinners) at the gym. If you are such a big fan of Shane then can you tell me whose recruiting him???

How is Willie Kemp looking this year?

The bradley central game I believe is at Martin Methodist Colleges gym which can't hold a lot more but has a track up top which can fit more people. As far as I know the Brentwood hasn't been moved though.

Drew-O and 5 footer you both are right Kash does not get the credit he deserves. Kash can grab rebound and go back up with it before the opposing player knows what happened. Another Giles player to watch out for is Channing a.k.a Steve Coffey, he has been working really hard on his overall game and has improved tremulously, watch for him and Kash to be some of the big time players who won't get the credit or recognition they deserve.

Best student section is Giles hands down , and I can't wait until the first regular season game, where the new and improved s/s will dominate !!!!

Smiffs right Giles is still the defending champs until another champ is crowned , which will be Giles again.Why is everyone so worried about if Shays better than Tyler? Shay is a great player , and so is Tyler. The Giles County team is not just Tyler , and Shay. Like last year Giles has several players who can step up and make the big plays when it counts. If Tyler or Shay has a bad game then Kash steps up, he has a bad game as well Justin steps up,he has a bad game then Steve steps up, and this continues on down the roster. The talk about Shay and Tyler is pointless they both are team players who are out there to win just like the rest of the Giles County team. Oh yea what about last year when Tyler had several big 3's in the Bolivar game , thats pretty good for someone who "can't shoot" espically in such a big game with all that pressure and all.I'm not saying Tyler's shot is perfect right now , but whose shot is ? Tsmittys shot will improved and has improved since last year if you dont think so then make him shoot like he said to do and see what happens.

I have went played with and watch Tyler play. He is by far the best player I have ever seen at this age and level. Once he gets his shot down pat then Tyler will be a versatile Lebron James style of player being able to go play around the perimeter and down low. I'm not saying that Corey is not a great player , but I just think Tyler is going to be if not already better than him.

I MEAN UNBELIEVEABLE!! Everyone doubted Giles making it all the way in the tourny. They said the talent they would face would be to much for Giles to handle. Not only did we handle that talent we out played every one of those teams not to mention we had a little luck along the way but our boys deserved every thing they got after the season they had.They proved to the entire state that they were for real and they could live up to the hype everyone put on them. I really hope the rumor about our fans isn't true Bolivar played a great game and had nothing to be ashamed of. I didn't get to see what was goin on on the Bolivar bench because I was celebrating in middle of the floor , and hugging and shaking hands of our basketball players. When the Bolivar players came out of the locker room I gave them a standing ovation, they certainly deserved it.

This kid was awesome, he lived up to all the hype we heard about him before the game.He was so quick, and could spilt a D like it was nothing. He has great ball control, this kid is just a freshman he has UNLIMITED potential.Kemp did not play like he was a freshman he played like a Junior or Senior.The way Willie played showed he has a passion for the game,and a burning desire to win. Keep your heads up Bolivar ya'll played a great game , and ya'll have such a great future ahead of you with this kid.

U U U U U U SIT DOWN AND SHUT UP! You are whinning about your team, Fulton may be a good team but if their tallest player is 6'3 so a 6'7 player can dominate them with ease. Weezie is so quick Fulton better be on their heals or they will get picked so many times they wont know if they are coming or going! Giles is a great team with depth, they wont over look Fulton, they will be ready for whatever Fulton has to throw at them. I say it will be close in the beginning , but since Giles is a second half team , they pull away and win by at least 18.
