  1. Wow. Someone is really upset about the 2004 state finals. If Farragut gets the goal, and then the pk is called on the farragut keeper in the second half when she tackled and laid down on the forward on a breakaway, "no-calls" are balanced out. Same winner, but 2-1.
  2. I'm sorry. I don't mean to be rude, but what is meant by "memphis area"? What teams does this include? If "Memphis area" doesn't include the following. . . ECS, Houston, Ridgeway, CBHS, Collierville, White Station, MUS, Germantown. . . then Millington and Kingsbury just might be in the top 5 in the "memphis area".
  3. ECS scored 4 goals on someone. Was it the starting keeper you referred to?
  4. did ECS score 4 goals on the "starting" keeper?
  5. Brentwood's schedule = cupcakes every year
  6. Father Ryan and Centennial are better than Brentwood.
  7. Did Ooltewah have a starter from last year's team move?
  8. Didn't Franklin graduate some pretty good midfielders from last year?

    Class AAA

Who are the AAA teams out of east tennessee this year expected to do well?
  10. Is any team playing on that stuff this season?
  11. I'm curious as well. Someone please respond. thanks.
  12. How about just asking them at practice.
  13. This guy points out how mature he is while saying "Duh" in another thread while talking mostly to high school age posters. Grow up, bud.
  14. Yeah, that's it. TSSAA was trying to help your opponents.
  15. Sorry middle tennessee folks, but the top teams in the east play much tougher schedules than the middle. The west does too. Sure, the middle teams play one or two "headline" games, but look at the other 90% of their schedules.
  16. PK's: Best of 5. If still tied after 5, then "sudden death" starting with the 6th kick for each team. It could end after the 6th kick by each team if one team makes and one team misses. It's not "best of 5 again" as this referee said. He is wrong. You don't clear your bench, either.
  17. No bias here. I'm not affiliated with any of these teams. I saw the game you are referring to. Farragut had plenty of subs in for the 3 goals. As soon as they returned, the beating resumed. Farragut didn't score 7 goals vs. anyone else but McMinn County. Yes, SEVEN. Ouch!!!
  18. Rossview, welcome to the Pretenders Club. Take your seat next to Ravenwood and Tullahoma.
  19. Let me educate: Oak Ridge, Brentwood, Hendersonville, Houston, and Farragut were the 5 teams better than McMinn County at last year's state tournament. Sorry, but true!
  20. I still don't understand the love for McMinn County. There were five AAA teams better than them last year in the state tournament. Plus, some good teams didn't make it.
  21. ME ME ME ME ME! Hey everybody, it's not about ME! Everybody listen to ME when I say this!!! Whatever . . .
  22. Some JV teams around the state would be undefeated right now with that schedule!
  23. Nothing against Hendersonville, but this says more about Brentwood. Beating up on a bunch of relatively weak teams for two years makes you look a lot better than you are.
  24. It's amazing how many times a team loses 1-0 or ties and says that they "dominated".
