True. Kingston was beat 6 to 1 but Tyner only scored off "Big Plays".Kigston Swhole Secondary is playing baseball and with only 4 days of practice I think the Kingston secondary did well.It was a 10-play scrimmage but in a real game Kingston would have won.They averaged 4 yards a carry and moved the ball well as for Tyner they are not as good as they are being "put out " to be they're line is too small to hang with Lipscombs Monsters.True enough they won the battle but in a game Kingston would've have won the War.These Teams scrimmage again in the fall we'll see and determine what both teams will be like then.

But did they beat Kingston.....Scott did and Kingston beat LC and Loudon again this year.That gave them the upperhand because if i'm not mistaken then Scott beat LC too.The playoff race was complicated last year...but that was then and if you ask me I really don't think Loudon has the talent or is hungry enough to want to get to the playoffs.Scott maybe limited with talent but they are hungry and I don't care what anyone says but them boys from scott county play with alot of heart.

Last year was last year.This is what i think it will be like."If" is a big word when it comes to this region. What "if" Kingston would've beaten AC.What "if"AE would've beaten Fulton in the playoffs.What "if" Loudon would've beaten Kingston.What "if" Scott would've beaten Ac in the playoffs.......This region has too much competition to say "IF". It's what happens in the game or what teams show up to play.That's what I think will happen."IF" it don't then I guess I was wrong.

I think the runners have the talent to beat anyone,but as we all know it seems that fulton always gets it don in the postseason.IDK about AC but from what i hear them,Kingston,and Scott county have young teams this year.I think the playoffs race will simply come down to who wants it the most.In this region anything can happen 1.AE 2.Fulton 3.Kingston 4.AC 5.Scott 6.LC 7.Loudon 8.Gibbs

My prediction is they will be beaten by Kingston and some others

Kingston is the most underrated team in the region 2-3a.Simply because they have the skill to play with any team in the region but they can't seem to "bring it to the football field".They are yonug this year but look for Kingston and Scott to be a big part of the race for the playoffs this year.

Alcoa is definetly #1,Sweetwater is #2, I think this is a big shot but Harriman is #3,All they need to do is togain heart and know the feeling of winning again.the losing streak end s this season for the blue devils.Rockwood and Oliver springs battles for #4 and Wartburg is left behind. 1.Alcoa 2.Seetwater 3.Harriman 4.Rockwood or O.S. 5.Wartburg You might think im crazy but Harriman has so much talent on the team.They just have to find a way to show it.

As always AE will be on top unless fulton decides to play in the regular season like they do in the postseason. AC lost a lot of seniors from what I heard and so did Fulton.Kingston is 50/50 in a good or bad season. They have alot of good players but some just have to step up to be leaders.As for the rest of the teams I have no idea what is going on around their field house.

How will the yellow jackets look in 2004?They scrimmage Tyner the last week of April,then Sequoyah the 1st week of May.

What team in Roane County looks to have the most returning players.....who do they scrimmage in spring practice?,and when

I know its early but who do you think will be on top of Roane County. And who will be key players on the teams. How many people are returning to each team? Just got some questions!!!

OK maybe Maryville but other than that I don't think Loudon could handle these boys....Alcoa ...maybe, not out of the picture...In middle school these boys mine as well played in the Large Division because in the tourney nobody came as close of 20 points at beating them ...I was at the championship game....And my cousin had 20 points and 10 boards at the half and got the MVP of the tourney...he didn't play anymore after 2:00 left in the 2nd quarter..I'm not taking anything away from anyone but for someone to get on here and brag about being the best Freshman team and have 4 loses is absurd..at least have 1 or 2 loses before you start running your mouth

The Harriman Blue Devil Freshman team could probly kill Loudon or any team around .....They won the East Tenn. State championship in middle school and no one has came within 40 points of beatin them ...well they beat Rockwoods J.V. 77-41 other than that I dont think anyone can touch them...Look for Harriman to have a state championship in 2 or 3 yrs....C'mon its Loudon..SCRUBS

Just wanna know who is on top of Roane County. Who fills your offensive and defensive positions. With a Playmaker,Sophmore,and Freshmen of the Year .

Kingston will be ready for this one . Their record says nothing they have been through a tough year. I think they can give fulton everything they want . As far as Kingston's Defense is concerned they better be ready for a high-powered offense. Execution will determine this game ....Kingston will have to play a PERFECT game with these Falcons. I think they can do it and i'm pulling for an upset....... RCHS by 3

I think Harriman will pull it together this game. I know most of the Harriman players and their problem is that they worry about getting on T.V. for a good play instead of winning. They have alot of talent and it is just waiting to bust loose in them. If Harriman keeps their head together they turn it around for one week....then they go to Rockwood but this would be a great boost for the 2004 season. I hope they get their first win and I think they will......If their heads stay on the game , and don't get down and argue amongst themselves . Turn it around this week Blue Devils Devils by 6

Good job on the win at L.C. The Kingston offence is so unpredictable. Being the fact that the other teams do not really know who to key on. Just keying on johnson's powerful running ability just proves that the jackets have more than just one weapon , they have an arsenal [ mounsey miller mcmillan wade fritts and giving him the breathing room to get the job done ; gurney] This is the initial key to their success along with the linemen, who have their work cut out for them. As for #34"s dad whom I personally know states this should have been kingston game plan from day one. #34 emulates all the characterictics that has been instilled in him by his family,very well so much by his dad. Chad is not a second team player him and miller switch out evry series . Shows how much somebody knows . If he was second team he would be playing in JV games. The boy is good Sophmore or Senior the better players get to play and if you haven't noticed Anderson County has one of the better defenses in the state. Let coach King do his job and stay in the stands. He's been coaching for awhile and the only thing on his mind is play-offs beat the teams week by week and get there.
