Woodward is great guy hate it for him and family. High school football is becoming as cut throat as college and pro football. I personally think there is more to the story than not winning football games. Also hearing they will offer Crawford whatever he wants if he will return.

So has anyone actually interviewed? Or are these just speculated names?

Good point any coach looking should look carefully. If they are willing to put a high school coach out for not winning with three games left they not loyal to anyone. It's not like NCAA or Pro jobs where they fire a guy half way through but he walks away with millions, this guy has nothing. Not like any coach can salvage the season at this point, let the guy finish and go from there. Some pretty good post on here about talent down, coaching changes, etc. Not sure he was right guy but not sure Anyone would have been in those circumstances. Mote is a good guy just not sure how great of head coach. Would love to see the cougars competitive again. Good luck in search and will be interesting to see what names and if any big names surface.

Think there were some descent names but big names to them aren't really BIG names. Think there was some interest because people think it could be a good job, could being key word. Lots of changes need to be made first and that could take years.

Article says official will not officiate remainder of the year. Im sorry but that is not even close to the same as a coach not getting to coach a game. Im not an ensworth fan but for an official to have the final say and it cant even be reviewed is wrong!

He is a great guy that will work his butt off for the kids and program at DA. He didn't pick the Jimmy's and joes that are on his team. You can't look at mjca and judge a coach, he will do as good as can be expected considering they don't have many players and he took it over week before practice started.

Mark it down. Friendship will not 3peat! Top teams in D2 much better than Competition they been playing past couple years since trousdale has been down.

Friendship will do well no doubt but nobody in DII gonna beat Webb, they have best athletes bottom line. BGA be tough matchup if that is a region game for Friendship as well.

Not sure Pedigo is best choice. Lots of issues with her at MJ, that's why she not coaching them. I hear Atwwoods name being thrown around but not sure if this is for baseball or softball.

I agree lots do have several choices but some people let their ego get in the way and won't take it because they weren't the "chosen one". Just didn't know what anyone thought about if they now offered it to Peden, I don't know if that is situation or not just asking.
