The Pigeon Forge vs South Greene game on Friday was truly a great game. South Greene did come up on the short end, but it wasn't because the coach was't in the game. His assistant coach got upset a bit, but the head coach did his job. As for all of those people out there who down play the situation, don't forget the records are the same (13-3). (Co-Champs). South Greene beat PF @PF and PF beat SG @SG. As for the #1 sede, it is very important and congratulations go out to the players of PF. However, to win the tournament, PF still has to beat one of two teams that have already beaten them. I would say that Rutledge has the advantage going in. They have been playing very well now for about 4 weeks. As for PF, with the exception of the win against SG, they have stunk it up over the last couple of weeks. So, it is tournament time! It should be a great one! One more thing, I was at the game Friday night. PF must have shot 60% from the floor. I don't remember them missing many shots. No team should ever lose if they can do that. The question is, Can they do that again? Probably not. And as for getting all the calls, SG got one broken off in them with around 3 minutes to go when they were down by 6 and Sauceman took the ball the length of the floor to score and was fouled, but the ref waived off the basket and called a charge on a player that was never on that end of the floor. Terrible call. With that said, Mark Killion has to be the worst official in the entire state!!!!
