Way too difficult of a region for Glencliff to immediately compete. It will take time. The problem is Smith moves every 2 years or so. If he will stay there than maybe in 3 or 4 years they will be competitive. But right now Gallatin, Beech, and Hillsboro will own the top 3 in that region for a while. Glencliff also has Mt. Juliet and BGA to look forward to. If they can beat Hillwood, Hunters Lane, and White House then that would be a HUGE improvement. But Hillwood beat the brakes off them last year. Good luck Glencliff, hope things get better and Smith stays for a while.

Agree. It is ridiculous the man has had 2 years. This instant gratification culture isn't helping anyone. Everyone deserves 4 years. With Independence, Cane Ridge, and Hendersonville all moved to 6A, you have to think the road leads through 6-5A. Beech or Hillsboro. Will take a heck of a team to get either of those.

Lebanon should play imo Gallatin, Dekalb County, Antioch, and Lavergne if they are not scared of competition and would like a good gate with low cost of travel. If they are scared of competition, play Red Boiling Springs, Pickett County, Zion Christian, and Nashville School for the blind. You would get a better gate than playing Hunters Lane, Glencliff, and Warren County and you would achieve the same goal.

If a 6A school cant beat Walker Valley, JPII, or Warren County and cant compete with Cookeville, you have no business even entertaining the idea they can run with the big boys.
