Oh that's right. He was a mr football finalist. Seems like Meigs shut him down though. Not sure how good they will be. They had a undefeated season till They run into the buzzsaw named Meigs.Maybe they return a lot. I'm not familiar with them.

Well if that's the case they might be a player. Especially with region 1 hosting the semifinals this season. I recall Hampton hanging with Meigs. Then the following week Meigs hammered a undefeated South green team that had beat Hampton in the closing seconds. Anyone know about these 2? Others?

And I have to say not much knowledge on Hampton or South green. Meigs has kicked the crap out of south green lately and Hampton played with Meigs for a bit. No clue what they have coming back. Either one

Wish my Indians were in this mix. Gonna be a dogfight. Looks like TC loses a ton! Still good but not enough to win it. Water loses a lot but I think Watertown finally gets the better of TC this year. Bledsoe loses the bigs up front. Got some skill guys but will be difficult without all this big boys up front. Tyner is always a factor..Who is the coach? How much talent they lose? How much talent in the wings? I think Meigs gets Bledsoe at home and travels to Marion. What about tyner vs Meigs. Big game there. Marion is young but they lost a lot. They are excited at Marion BUT Players like Gurevra,Anthony,cannon,Wilson,ezell,Kirk,Nunez,Tillman,jolly and Logan.. all seniors correct? That's a lot. Plus that young talent haven't been in the big games yet and learned how to win in big pressure games. Which bring me to Meigs! Meigs has been there and done that recently. They lost their 2 best lineman but have some top young lineman I hear. They return their QB who is real good and both starting WR which are college potential players. On defense is where it's at for Meigs. Returning a ton from a expierenced and talented group. All STATE and all DISTRICT players like Smith, Key, Pendergrass, Tatum to name a few. With that being said I'm thinking that Meigs has the slight advantage. They gotta get to work but they have a good coaching staff and lots of returning expierenced big game talent.. JMO. Others? Thoughts? Opinions?

All the political mess that happened in Bledsoe that caused them to lose so many good players to Meigs and other places?Idk what else your referring to. I watched the South Pitt game on television. It wasn’t as close as score appeared. It was a mismatch really. Meigs would beat them 7 out of 10 times. Im going Tigers here. They are hungry. Playing well. Quietly confident all year. Great coaching staff. Hungry bunch Peabody seems to be running their mouth. Fueling the fire. They (Meigs) are also going to be playing in co ference over this way with the Big mouth Bledsoe and Marion fans. I can’t wait till Meigs sticks their foot up their butt and pipes them big talkers down a bit!

This shapes up to be a classic. It’s at Trousdale which is a huge advantage but that Meigs County bunch has no backup in them. Both teams are great programs. Both teams are well coached. With the tragedies that occurred in Meigs the communities have rallied around the town and the team. Meigs is a very talented team on all levels. Both sides of the ball. Good leadership on both sides of the ball from what I have seen and the team seems like they got closer and bonded well. They Believe in each other and the coaches. With all things measured, I’m picking Meigs to play lockdown football from start to finish and eek out a narrow 21-17 win and go to State.

I’m sure the coaches already know..The gameplay has already been installed. I doubt they go to coach t for advice and tips.. Just wondering as a fan.

That all sounds well and good. Coach speak. But a injury here are there. Turnover here and there could make all the difference.. How beat up are these 2 teams? Hicks from TC? How is Meigs injuries?

Give me SP lake peabody. And to close to call On TC vs Meigs. Anyone know about the Hicks kid? Collarbone? Any other injuries with TC or Meigs?

Should be a barn burner this Friday. How’s the hicks kid that was hurt? Was rumored to have broken collarbone? How is Meigs? Healthy? I had read they had some bumps and bruises.

I Hate it for the kid. Especially him being a senior. So it’s safe to say he’s probably TCs 2nd best player?

How does the injury situation look? I read that Hicks for TC was hurt tonight? What position does he play? Meigs injuries? They seem to be rolling along very strong.Defense come to play tonight.
