Westview looked better than people anticipated. Those young boys are gonna be GOOD in about a year or two, I’m in no way upset about that. Dresden just had more experience and more seasoned players.

Agreed! I know one of the middle school coaches he said the girls got TWO good players coming replacing jada and Jillian and one girl shoot better than jada averaging 25-30 a game. Idk how far you go back but do you remember amber rechis?

I’ve heard of a star player or two we are getting from the middle school. We lose a star gain another. Jadas sister is on the coaching staff there.

A lot of people ask me about that. Martin has approx. 11K as a city, the campus is approx 7K from what I was told. We’ve always had a pretty good size student body and school mainly being in 3A or a big 2A. If Martin was listed at 17K by including college population and not going by school student count we’d easily be 4 or 5A.

I saw him in longhorn in Jackson with his family a couple weeks ago. My grandparents know his people.

And as a Westview fan and alumni that game still burns me up. And people think we don’t know what it’s like to be on the bad side of the whistle.

We’ve been to the state tournament 11 straight years. If only people knew how many games we’ve lost due to the same thing he just said, need I remind some people of the cheatham county game? We’ve also been on the bad side of the whistle too.

I like our defense more than anything we need to keep that up. Halftime 25-16 WV
