So will someone please explain why they don't play in the regular season? MBA goes to KY, Riverdale goes to Ohio, and they are about 35-40 miles apart. It just sounds stupid to me, and I don't get it. Please don't tell me the only reason is because MBA is in DIV II.
They were from a team from Florida, he pitched to one of them and she hit a line drive right by his head. That was it for his pitching time, he said he was done Did not get to see him try to hit, how did he do?
Saw quite a few in my time, best ever was when I was serving in the Navy (22 years old) stationed in Pensacola Fl. Lived about .5 miles from a school called Escambia High. Read about a guy that was supposed to be really good, took my son to see him play and he was the best high school player I have ever seen in my life or since. I was able to see all of his home games his junior year, and the great recruitng guru Max Emfinger said he was to slow to make it in big time college football. USA today player of the year his senior year but look at the stats he had as a junior ( career for most players) . My pick is ::: http://www.pillsbury.edu/Articles/08%2025%2005.pdf
I think this thread will be moved before 5-28-06 8:30 PM EST, some words will get it moved fast like public/private, own division, recruit, money, 1.8. hope it stays but I would not bet on it.
6.00 a session sounds more like it. I think last year you could buy a wrist band that would be good for all sessions everywhere for like 10.00. Last year though 5.00 to park was good for all day anywhere. But maybe you will get a Tennessean about 4 hours before the first pitch to explain it all to ya Sundays paper had a big story about the spring fling, of course nothing about the sports or teams but how it could help / hurt MTSU recruiting. Go figure
