Great post & very true. Alot of the boys who play for Crockett County and who I love so much will be seniors in the 2007 season. I am just sick already that this is their last year. I'll probably cry every game. Don't take a minute of it for granted, I sure don't. This is such a special time for us all. I love this game and I love it even more in Crockett County Tennessee.

Good luck to all West Tennessee Teams! Crockett will be in Dyersburg again this Friday night to show support!

From Crockett County: Tyrell Spearman #87 hit some kid from Oakhaven so hard it broke his sternum. Tyrell is huge and hard-hitting. Not so huge, but equally hard-hitting is Sonny Lopez #23. If he was bigger they wouldn't let him play because he'd kill people.

Hey Ratherberacin--What's going on? Yes I am ready for 1st round. As for tail gaiting, I wasn't going to do it cause its so cold, but I been thinking about it, and after last week and the freezing cold mini-hurricane we sat through I think we can take it. So yes, we'll be behind the old field house. Come see us--a bunch of the players came over to eat last night (including Jarvis--not in a wheelchair either!!! HA-HA!!!)and I have lots of "party food" left so I'll just load it all up. Be hungry! Guess we need to start early since senior night starts at 6:30. I'll be there with food ready at 5:30 or so. You and anybody else just come on.

I've been watching Terry play football for 5 years--he's great and will do fine filling in for Jarvis. When Terry was in 8th grade he was the "Jarvis Perry" of the middle school team. I have faith in Terry and the rest of our boys--they've had a great year and won't quit now. Jarvis needs everyone's support but no pressure--the important thing is for him to get well. I imagine he wants to play as bad as we all want him to. Everybody come on out tonight but dress warmly, it's gonna be freezing! Don't forget that season passes are no good tonight, gotta buy tickets.

I really hate this for the players at Milan. Good luck with the rest of the season. Alot of people in Crockett County are pulling for Milan! Win the rest of your games and move on. If I wasn't such a big Cav fan I'd pull for Milan to win State!!!

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner with the final score tonight, but I've been sitting on my back porch with a few of my favorite football players talking about tonight's game. I would have contacted you directly, but you still haven't given me your name, so that was not possible. It was a great game with both teams really putting forth alot of effort. I don't think anyone was hurt badly and for that I am thankful. The final score was Crockett 28 and Dyersburg 14. Let me know if you have any other questions. Sorry you had to miss this game.

Went out to Cavalier Stadium at 4:30 to put down a few blankets and chairs so we'd be sure and get a seat...........seems like everybody else had the same idea. It will be packed tonight!

I could be wrong, but it seems to me the purpose for your code name is so you can post all these crazy things. I'll bet if you had your real name posted you wouldn't be so bold. I love high school football and the reason I read these posts is to find out who the good players are on the opposing teams so I can be informed about the game and know which key players to watch. I can't imagine trashing a kid from another school. I want crockett to win every game we play so bad I almost can't stand it and there are alot of boys on our team that I love as if they were my own. There are fine young men on every team in the state of Tennessee and it is beyond me why anyone would put the win of a football game over the integrity of these boys. They don't need it and neither do the rest of us. Get some medicine. You need it.
