What's the word on "our" boys for the upcoming season?

i think that galatin will have a really nice season, and i cannot wait till their game against antioch, and i expect a good game from mcgavock and galatin in their game.

Gallatin ALWAYS has a good program. Their "down" years are still better than most. Gallatin is spelled "G-a-l-l-a-t-i-n".

What is the word on Gallatin's D-coordinator. I know hisa wife just accepted an assistant basketball job at the u of Alabama so does he plan on moving with her? He is an outstanding DC and a great football coach.

Jamison signed with Western Ky. Wants to play offense & most other schools were looking at him as a DB.

 

Am sick over losing Coach Walls. He is truly remarkable! Whoever they get will have some big shoes to fill!!He'll make some team in south Alabama very happy.

Dewayne Alexander is a good hire. The last time he was on staff we went 10-3.

 

We all will miss Coach Walls!!!! It was great to have him for the last 4 years.

 

Gallatin should be in good shape with lots of experience returning. We should be very strong in the linebacking and reciever department. Qb is still up in the air. Dontae Hall and the "general" should provide tough competition. I wouldn't be surprised if Denny or Ferrill to also get a strong look. We are loaded at the skill postions. The biggest question mark is in the line. Lots of new faces and young faces too. But with 6 out of 7 top tacklers returning, defense should be really strong.

One other thing.....Brent Alexander wants to be a coach, why not ask him? Former All American and NFL player would be a great fit for the former Green Wave.

Well with Dewayne Alexander now staying put at Wilson Central, Gallatin may be in between a rock and a hard place.

Word on the street is that if Walls doesn't find a job in Alabama, he will return to coach the defense this fall. If he does stay, he will have a very talented group to return to the stable.

 

Offensive line and punter should be huge holes to fill this year. Jones and Fisher could have to play both ways.

I know this is not the same subject, but what ever happened to Cory Lewis the Gallatin qb in the mid 80's that played at Auburn?
