That whole game was not even very serious for the whole team

 

I guess all these adults didnt know or didnt care that you were watching and for the first comment The whole team didnt take the game serious well you will never be a winning team with that attude.

Your right, that attitude won't win a game, however, the game was against Riverdale. Blackman had already been spanked by them at the beginning of the season and everyone was already in the "we're gonna get our butt spanked again" mode. Have you not ever had to try and accomplish something knowing full well, you weren't going to achieve it? Everyone knows how much talent Riverdale has and I think when Blackman played against them, it was kind of a dread feeling because of all the hype and exposure Riverdale gets, let alone the talent they have. Kind of like just going through the motion thing. Blackman will come together one day and when they do, look out. They as well have alot of talent. Like I said before, they just need the right instruction and discipline.

I am not sure, I wondered this myself.  Not sure if she has the personality to be that aggressive and I mean this in a good way.  I think this type of behavior is overlooked when the player has some ability to play and I think this is the wrong approach.  It is an honor to play in organized sports and if you cannot show respect for the sport and all that is involved, then the privilege should be taken away.

I highly agree with you brownbomber!!! b/c to play on a high school team you should have the respect to show your coach whom has chosen you and not show out on the field just for the attention. I was in a similar situation with the softball team my freshman year i was so close to making the team but a "good friend of mine" got the last sopt then just showed off and acted all rude to the team members and the coach and just dropped out!! It's a disgrace when you do something like that and it shouldn't be taken for granted!!! I'm a senior now and i regret my choices for not going back and trying to get back my spot, but i still help out and support my high school team howvever i can... thumb

Ive already stated this once the way i act is not for the attention, trust me i get enough of that already! It is simply the competitiveness in my heart. Like i said before i know that is not an excuse.

Maybe you know your kidding, maybe everybody knows in the stands you are kidding but young lady  on the mound may or may not. Do you know how embarassing it is to throw a wild pitch anyway without some jerk in the stands yelling stuff like that? No wonder the coach was furious! Loud comments are always unsportsmanlike.

Listen here you little wimp! Those "Loud Comments" are part of the game, at any level. If these girls don't understand that they'll never make in the higher level of sports. And don't tell me I don't know what it's like to hear those things said about your kid because I have a younger sister who plays aau basketball, and believe me I hear lots of stuff. She realizes that hearing "Loud Comments" is part of the game. Grow up and stop cryin!!!!!

Where did you get your little "Why Can't We All Get Along" attitude?? Your so full of it!! There is no getting a long in sports!! The Sports world is about rivals and triumph. Don't be so negative. No one said you have to get along with anyone, it's all about who's the better person. I think with your attitude, if I were that coach that came out and let you have it and that particular game you were yelling at the pitcher, I beleive I would have escorted you myself to the parking lot! You are right, coaches are professionals, but they also have a team they have to keep focused, therefore, if some moron is screaming at his or her players, then they need to take control of the matter. Maybe it would have been better if the ump would have said, "one more word out of you and your out of here!" Anger managment is also a good resource.

You don't even know me! I happen to be an important figure at my school: I'm Senior Class President, Yearbook editor, and newspaper sports editor!!! I'm a responsible young man, and I don't think yelling at high school softball game makes me a bad kid!!!
