How come the soccer forum can go waaaay off topic by mentioning pro soccer, but other threads in different forums get shut down for stuff?

for those off you not going to memphis the champions league final will be on at 1:30 central on espn2 tomorrow so setyour vcr or tivo for the 2nd most important soccer game in the world

This game was unbelievable.

 

In the first half, AC Milan were totally dominant and were up 3-0. I fully expected it to go to 6-0; however, in the 2nd half, Liverpool made some changes and attacked and within 6 minutes it was tied at 3-3.

 

Liverpool finally won on Penalties. 3-2

 

AC MIlan blew this game, they took their foot of the gas and even in PK's showed amazing lack of judgement in placing their kicks.

This game just shows you that no lead is safe until the game is over. At any level, a big lead at half time can turn into a loss if you drop off the pressure.
