The title of this topic was for A-AA. but if you want to talk AAA, Cordova and Ridgeway ran 3:18 and 3:20 in their sectionals.

Lenoir City qualified with one runner with a huge injury that should be healed up by Friday. They are a little slower than last year, but have a lot of heart and determination. Coming in under the radar works out well---look at last year's results!
